Getting ripped off.
A lot of shops in Turkey don't have prices on anything. Bargaining system, right? Fine, but who wants to bargain for a bottle of water? The double-pricing system (one for the tourists, one for the locals) is really a drag.
I work for a living. I have a couple of degrees - BA in Political Science from the U. of Mississippi. MA in Environment, Politics, and Globalization from King's College London. I play bass. No husband. No kids. No debt. No house. Seems like a good time to travel.
