We tasted around 20-25 different wines yesterday. At each place you go to choose five or six wines to taste. Here are my favorites:
Simonsig - Kaaps Vonkel (champagne)
Fairview/Spice Route/Goats do Roam/Agostinelli - Fairview Voignier, Spice Route Voignier
Dieu Donne Vineyards - the setting was gorgeous (despite the rain) but I poured out most of my wine
Moreson/Pinehurst - Moreson Chenin Blanc, Moreson Pinotage

I'm trying...hard(ish)...to find it in my heart to feel some sympathy for your post-wine day experience, but funny thing, not happening. I think it's that green-eyed thing that's preventing my heart from bleeding for you. :p
I'm going to see if I can't find any of those around here. You know me, always like to try new wine.

Heh. I gave myself a swiss-army knife haircut last night.
Swiss Army haircut? Now we KNOW you're roughing it. Then again, dead chicken...no matter what you do, it's going to look fabulous and very Katie! :)
