Not well.
But getting better. Yesterday, I slept for 10 hours, then went to a yoga class, then slept for four more hours. Then ate a peanut butter sandwich and went back to sleep. That's what I have to report.

Sorry you're not feeling well. Is is the change in weather, virus, or just culture shock? Hope you feel better soon.
Well, it could be that I went from a the hot, sometimes wet, monsoon season in Asia to the cool, wet season in another hemisphere. It could be the sleepless overnight trip on the plane full of recycled air. It could be hayfever because it's springtime. It could be onslaught of new germs in the hostel. I really don't know. Maybe it's everything. But, I am feeling better so hopefully things will stay that way...
Or maybe your body is just finally getting a chance to relax. You've just spent the past couple months in foreign countries where you have to be on your toes every minute and you've arrived somewhere you not only speak the language and can understand people, but you feel safe and comfortable. Glad to hear you're feeling better though. Looking forward to seeing you soon(er than later!).
feel better, trooper. if you're body says "sleep" than its the boss...can't wait to buy you a criminal coffee when you get back to NC! lots of love, Linnea
I work for a living. I have a couple of degrees - BA in Political Science from the U. of Mississippi. MA in Environment, Politics, and Globalization from King's College London. I play bass. No husband. No kids. No debt. No house. Seems like a good time to travel.

Feel better KTO! Thinking about you! BTW - let me know if you need Bridgets info for when you arrive in CA at the end of your trip. Amy
I hope it's just exhaustion and goes away after some rest. Bless your heart! Alysson
