Today, Emma and I did a proper hike in the foothills of the Himalayas. It was a very National Geographic experience. I'll post some pictures when I get to Manali.
I'm working with dial-up here in Dalhousie, so I have to be patient.
Tomorrow, ten hour taxi ride to Manali...

Ten hours?!?! That's like a walk in the park for you by now isn't it? You sound cheerier, but then National Geographic moments are a great balm for the soul. Looking forward to more photos.
