Q&A #1 -- I know you spent months doing new and interesting and strange and peculiar, but someday when you're old and feeble and looking back on your life, what will you remember most from the trip, what one thing really sticks out (if its not too soon to ask).
I agree--you just can't suddenly end it without pulling it all together somehow. Was it what you expected-if not, how was it different? And Welcome home, too
Well, I will be waiting anxiously for the book with all your travel stories and beautiful photographs (you and Kelly both have a talent for getting good shots). I've enjoyed traveling vicariously with you and encourage you to win the lottery so you can go other places and write about them! ;)Thanks for so generously sharing all of your amazing experiences!
welcome home Katie. We in the DO all look forward to seeing you again. Several of us faithfully followed your adventures and it made for great reading. And I agree...you take amazing pictures. If you do not write about your trip, a book of photos from your journey would be awesome! Jim
I work for a living. I have a couple of degrees - BA in Political Science from the U. of Mississippi. MA in Environment, Politics, and Globalization from King's College London. I play bass. No husband. No kids. No debt. No house. Seems like a good time to travel.
